About Us
Once upon a time (not too long ago), Mama Bear here was a self-taught artist, quietly chasing a dream with a pencil in hand.
Then motherhood came along — beautiful, overwhelming, and a little bit disorienting. Somewhere between diapers, sleepless nights, and figuring life out, that dream was gently placed on a shelf.
There was a moment when Mama Bear tried to return to drawing — even started a little YouTube channel and painted for a few weeks non-stop — but back then, our two cubs were only 1–2 years old. And if you're a parent, you probably know how that story goes. Love grew bigger, time grew smaller, and the dream… waited.
Fast forward a few years…
As the cubs grew, Papa Bear and Mama Bear made a small promise to ourselves: less screen time, more imagination. So we nudged the little ones toward some art and craft activities — drawing, making, exploring their own ideas — not realizing they were quietly inheriting something from Mama Bear.
They loved coloring. Truly loved it.
And Mama Bear? She never really told them how much she loved it too 🥹
We searched for coloring books — a lot of them. But somehow, it was hard to find ones that were simple enough for little hands, yet meaningful enough to teach something along the way.
"What if we try to make our own?"
Something made with love.
Something that feels like home.
Something to share with other parents who might be looking for the same thing.
And that's how The Coloring Cub was born.
A small project from our Bear family, hoping to connect with little cubs, parents, and teachers who care deeply about those tiny, curious hands exploring the world.
If you've made it this far — thank you, truly.
Come take a look around our collections, and maybe… grab some colors and join the cubs for a little coloring time. 🐻
